My Guilty Pleasure

It's always been my passion to be a big fashion designer or the president of a big clothing company. I don't know where the passion came from but I really love creating a style and following trends. I used to want to be a model when I was young because I just love the whole idea of the fashion world and being in it. I used to be in a thing at Nordstrom called Fashion Board and it was SO AWESOME!! We always talked about the latest trends, we met buyers, worked behind the scenes for fashion shows. It was like the best thing that I could have done considering my passion being fashion. My inspirations/role models have been Angela and Vanessa Simmons because they kinda make me feel like I can do anything I want to. Every time I watch the show I feel like I can become what I want in life. Although they have ties since their father is Rev Run and their Uncle is Russell Simmons but I know that if I work hard I can create my own clothing line. I would also like to be the president of Pastry kinda like Rasheed is for Run Athletics. That is another one of my passions. I've been doing a fashion book since 8th grade of all the trends that I like also and drawings I have made. And another awesome thing happened to me; I met a girl in my same dorm building who has the same passion as me and her major is apparel, merchandising, & design so I have decided to make that as my minor. I am super excited for when I can start taking classes related to that because it won't even feel like I'm in school, I'll fee more like I am doing something for fun. College life is pretty cool but these people LOVE TO PARTY!!! Every day there have been people SOO WASTED!! It's cool but I gotta learn how to separate myself from that so I can get my work done.
